A plush unicorn has settled down next to a bouquet of pink lilies. To the left of the bouquet lies an old book. We cannot make out the title on the spine because the letters have worn off over time. The cover of the semi-leather binding against the background of fresh flowers seems especially old, even ancient. Or the opposite can be said. The freshness of flowers is even more necessary in a library, it reminds us of the liveliness of the impression in front of a monument of cultural thought.
The work is done in the technique of multi-layered oil painting. Its style belongs to modern realism, creatively rethought by the artist.
